By accessing and using Aimcreation.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our website.

The Company strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our wedding invitation products. However, we do not warrant the accuracy of colors, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions, images, or other content on the site. We reserve the right to modify product information at any time without prior notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
a. Order Placement: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in some cases.

4. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and shipping method selected during the checkout process. For many countries free shipping is always standard national post unless we have notified express shipping. Standard shipping mostly take more than 14 days to reach many countries and tracking may not work real-time.
b. Delivery Times: The Company aims to deliver orders in a timely manner. However, delivery times may vary based on location and other factors. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
5. Returns and Refunds
a. Return Policy: We accept returns within 2 days of the purchase date for the orders which are not customized. Invitation and customized product are not returnable. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging and must return with trackable shipping within 14 days.
b. Refunds: Refunds will be issued upon approval of the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
